Every Olympics Games are happening in a country, qualified by "hosting country". For the next Olympics, the hosting country will be France,
and the event will happen in Paris. That is why we call this games "Paris 2024". France will then be a place where different sports and cultures
will meet.
The hosting country is selected by the International Olympic Comitee (IOC), which reunites a long time before the event, to prepare
it the best they can.
For Paris 2024, France has been selected for various reasons. First, it already has some useful and necessary infrastructures just like stadiums,
pools, and large flat spaces. It allows the country to considerably reduce the costs, and keep some of the money saved from other projects. Also, Paris
wants to organise eco-friendly Olympic Games to limit the consequences for future events.
For the next Olympic games, the countries have already been chosen too, until 2036 for now. The next ones will be : Paris 2024, Los angeles 2028, Brisbane 2032 and
India's Olympic Games in 236.
