Insects produce remarkably less greenhouse effect gases than other stockers. For example, pigs produce between 10 - 100 times more gases with greenhouse effect by kilogramm compared to cricket livestock farming. Also, insect farming will be clearly more ecological, since they request much less water than other kinds of livestock farming.
